The Public Link project
The Public Link is a preparation action project proposal aiming at citizen empowerment and radical improvement of citizens’ access to public services through people-centric digital transformation for a fair and competitive economy and sustainable society.
We present a well-balanced consortium formed by 6 partners from 4 different EU countries with the required knowledge, expertise and competences to successfully deliver the planned actions and achieve the expected results.

Our experts work with e.g. regional planning and development as well as cultural development issues. The core idea of our activities is to stimulate and implement cross-sectoral co-operation benefitting South Ostrobothnia’s citizens, municipalities and region. We work closely with regional, national and international operators.

UL - Univerza v Ljubljani
University of Ljubljana is the oldest and largest higher education and scientific research institution in Slovenia. It has approximately 38,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students and employs approximately 6,000 higher education teachers, researchers, assistants and administrative staff in 23 faculties and three arts academies. The team that is involved in the Public Link project is part of the ICT Department within the Faculty of electrical engineering (UL FE) which is focused on ICT networks and services, IoT, big data, converged fixed and mobile networks, LTE and 5G networks, block chain technologies, multimedia systems and services, application design and development including mobile applications, user experience and virtual, augmented and mixed reality applications and services.
