The network of Virtual Online Laboratories, are set up on our platform and used by our diverse set of pilots (local governments) and broader set of stakeholders (business, research and NGOs) for generating assets that are to be published as a sandbox of tools, frameworks and practices and shared and used with governments across EU.

The Public Link is bringing us an excellent opportunity to explore new disruptive technologies with huge potential application for the provision of quality and sustainable public services. Furthermore, the approach followed where we have been given access to a significant range of digital technologies and solutions, is opening up new innovative avenues to work with our stakeholders in the definition and implementation of enhanced public services.

A good user experience of public services can only be ensured if users participate in its development. The Publik Link project allowed us to learn about quite a few interesting digital tools that can be used in the development of new public services. It also encouraged the participation of interested stakeholders from the public administration.
The TPL project presents us with an excellent opportunity to learn about new technologies in an interesting, relaxed and playful way. At the same time, the project enables us, together with partners and stakeholders, to come up with and co-create real public services. The pilots will inspire local communities across Europe to use new technologies in designing future digital solutions.
TPL has allowed us to learn about digital tools and services and to become familiar with the use of some disruptive technologies. This project focuses on the potential that you could bring to improve public services, opening new horizons to the creation of new services and solving some of the challenges that we usually encounter when designing or improving our programmes and services. And all of this in an accompanied way
Regional Council joined the TPL partnership to expand our own understanding and experience about XR, as its potential is not yet too well recognized in the public sector, including us. And also to provide easy access to our interested stakeholders - both public and private - to get in touch a bit with this part of digitalization and maybe start exploring it further.
Frami Indoormap pilot builds a digital guidance model for public buildings. This model is distributed ready-made e.g. for municipalities and companies. Digital services are becoming more common.
TPL means a real progress in the way how public institutions interact with their customers. It means simplifying life of our customers, keeping up with technological progress and offering new unique ways of interaction that can inspire further growth.
